Please contact us before opening any return requests.
We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original condition for a full refund.
Non-faulty returns: Buyer pays return shipping. If item was assembled or used, refund may be reduced.

All items are unused, but may arrive repackaged for quality control. Some may show minor cosmetic imperfections (chips, scratches, marks) from handling.

We inspect all products to ensure full functionality. Missing parts or faults? We’ll replace or refund at no cost.

We will replace or refund faulty items free of charge. Photos may be required for damage verification.

Please inspect the product before assembly. Assembled items may not qualify for return if damaged during use.

A surcharge of £9–18 applies for postcodes AB30–AB38, AB40–AB56, IV1–IV28, IV30–IV32, IV36–IV40, IV41–IV49, IV51–IV55, IV63, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA38, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH4–PH44, PH49–PH50, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, HS, KA27–KA28, ZE, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, and the Channel Islands.

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused stock items in original condition, unless faulty or not as described. The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or handmade goods tailored to your specifications (most of our products are bespoke unless marked as stock items).
  • Ex-display items.
  • Mattresses (delivered sealed in plastic; non-returnable once opened).
  • Partially or fully assembled goods (e.g., flat-pack furniture). Contact support@amazinfurniture.com within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or faulty items.
How do I return an item?

Contact us with your order number for return instructions and a label. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Return shipping may apply unless the item is faulty. We may take action if goods are not properly cared for.
