The spinlock system means the weight increments can be changed easily as you progress. Arms, chest, shoulders, legs, this set targets it all. The dumbbells are perfect to perform a range of exercises including hammer and bicep curls and tricep extensions to work on your upper arms and lateral, side and rear raises with shoulder presses to build stronger shoulders. Target your legs by adding weight to lunges or squats to increase your strength and enhance your balance.

To achieve a stronger chest, use the barbell to add a chest press to your workout and include an upright and bent over row to increase the muscle mass in your back. Barbells can also be used to perform bicep curls and a shoulder press to target your upper body and add a bit of variation to your workout. Bar material: Steel.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused stock items in original condition, unless faulty or not as described. The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or handmade goods tailored to your specifications (most of our products are bespoke unless marked as stock items).
  • Ex-display items.
  • Mattresses (delivered sealed in plastic; non-returnable once opened).
  • Partially or fully assembled goods (e.g., flat-pack furniture). Contact support@amazinfurniture.com within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or faulty items.
How do I return an item?

Contact us with your order number for return instructions and a label. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Return shipping may apply unless the item is faulty. We may take action if goods are not properly cared for.
