    Cosmetic imperfections such as small chips, scratches, or marks can occasionally occur during manufacturing or transit. We do not keep photographic records of these. However, all items are inspected to ensure they are fully functional and structurally sound.
    If any parts are missing or the item is faulty, we will provide replacement parts or arrange a free return and full refund if needed.

    We accept returns within 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the item in its original, unused condition for a full refund.
    Return postage is only covered for faulty or incorrect items. For non-faulty returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item has been assembled or shows signs of use, a deduction may be applied to your refund.

    We're here to assist you if you've received a faulty item. We'll promptly provide replacement parts or a full replacement to resolve the issue, or arrange a free collection and a full refund. We may request photos of the damage or fault for our Quality Control team to investigate further.
    Please ensure the item is carefully inspected for any damage before assembly. If damage is reported after assembly, and the item is no longer in its original condition, this may affect eligibility for return or refund.

    We offer a 30-day return policy for unused stock items in original condition, unless faulty or not as described. The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

    • Bespoke or handmade goods tailored to your specifications (most of our products are bespoke unless marked as stock items).
    • Ex-display items.
    • Mattresses (delivered sealed in plastic; non-returnable once opened).
    • Partially or fully assembled goods (e.g., flat-pack furniture). Contact support@amazinfurniture.com within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or faulty items.
    How do I return an item?
