We ship to England and Wales, excluding postcodes CA, NE, DH, SR, TS, LA, LL, SA, SY, PL, TR. Contact us for a quote for these areas or other regions, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and other UK islands.
How long does delivery take?
- Bulk Items Economy Delivery: 5–7 working days with a 2–3 day dispatch time, available in England and Wales (excluding specified postcodes).
- 24h Express Delivery Fast & Free: Available for select items and areas. A surcharge of £9–18 applies for postcodes AB30–AB38, AB40–AB56, IV1–IV28, IV30–IV32, IV36–IV40, IV41–IV49, IV51–IV55, IV63, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA38, PA41–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH4–PH44, PH49–PH50, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, HS, KA27–KA28, ZE, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, and the Channel Islands.
- Standard delivery for non-bulk items takes 3–7 business days. Larger furniture may take 7–14 days. Tracking is provided.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused stock items in original condition, unless faulty or not as described. The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Bespoke or handmade goods tailored to your specifications (most of our products are bespoke unless marked as stock items).
- Ex-display items.
- Mattresses (delivered sealed in plastic; non-returnable once opened).
- Partially or fully assembled goods (e.g., flat-pack furniture). Contact support@amazinfurniture.com within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or faulty items.
How do I return an item?
Contact us with your order number for return instructions and a label. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Return shipping may apply unless the item is faulty. We may take action if goods are not properly cared for.
